Since October 2023, the people in the region have suffered from 16 months of devastating conflict. In Gaza, more than 46,000 people have been killed and more than 1.9 million people have been displaced. Most of these people do not have adequate shelter, food or medicine.

Last autumn we raised funds to send much needed medical supplies into Gaza, which our partners were able to safely deliver. Your donations enabled us to help more than 13,900 people receive essential medicines.* Thank you for your compassionate and generous response!

In Lebanon, our partners are displaying amazing resilience – pressing through their own fears to serve others in need. Your donations have helped us provide ongoing supports (food, shelter, hygiene kits) to hundreds of people who have been displaced across Lebanon. We also continue providing safe spaces for children. Again, thank you for enabling us to provide these urgent supplies and essential supports for children.

Although the ceasefire has begun, the humanitarian needs across the region are enormous. Multiple thousands of people have been impacted by the conflict and need supplies and livelihood supports.
